1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.149/2025, registered at Police Station Deeg, District Deeg, for the offence(s) under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 308(2) and 61(2)(a) of BNS and Section 66-D of IT Act.

Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the name of the accused-petitioner is not mentioned in the FIR and the petitioner was arrested solely on the disclosure statement of the other co-accused, there is no recovery to be effected from the petitioner's possession and there is no transaction from his mobile phone. It is further contended that the other similarly placed co-accused have already been enlarged on
[2026:RJ-JP:21513] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-6745/2026] regular bail and further trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the bail application of the accused-petitioner may be allowed.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.
4. Heard and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the instant bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner- Umar Son Of Majeed, in connection with FIR No.149/2025, registered at Police Station Deeg, District Deeg, shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
