The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that inadvertently the defects pointed out by the office was not removed within the stipulated time, and in view of that, the said criminal revision petition was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State has got no objection if the said criminal revision petition is restored to its original file. 4. Accordingly, in light of the above submission of the learned counsels for the parties, Cr.Revision No.561 of 2024 is, hereby, restored to its original file. 5.
