Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and the amount of Rs.23,06,725/-, deposited in FAO No.2/2014, is ordered to be transferred to FAO No.3/2014. The application stands disposed of. CMP No.32943/2025 Learned vice counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants/appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application.
