Petitioner has challenged order dated 05.09.2024, passed by Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Uttarakhand, whereby petitioner was debarred from contesting election of any Cooperative Society for a period of three years. 4. Admittedly, petitioner has filed an appeal before Cooperative Tribunal, which is pending and is numbered as Appeal No. 01/2025. 5. Since the impugned order is under challenge before the Tribunal, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain challenge to the self same order. 6. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the Tribunal to make endeavour to decide the appeal filed by petitioner, within three weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
