The petitioner by way of this Writ Petition has prayed for the following reliefs:- I. Call for the entire records of the case from the respondent authorities for proper adjudication of the matter, in the interest of justice. II. Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent Nos: 3 & 4 immediately conduct and complete the Simankan (demarcation) of Khasra Number 1679/12 situated in Village Mopka, Halka Number 00029, District Bilaspur as per the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code. Direct the respondent authorities to complete the aforesaid compliance within a period of 30 days from the date of this order, in the interest of justice. IV. Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has moved an application before the Tehsildar concerned for demarcation of land bearing Khasra No.1679/12 sitauted in village Mopka, Halka No.00029, District Bilaspur C.G.He submits that the said application for demarcation was filed by the petitioner way back in the year 2023. He submits that for the purposes of demarcation, several memos were also issued to the petitioner. Memo dated 3.3.2024 was issued to the petitioner informing that demarcation of his land will conducted on 10.06.2024. But the same has not been conducted by the Tehsildar. As such, learned cousnel for the petitoner prays for disposal of this Writ Petition with the direction to the Tehsildar concerned to consider and act upon the application of the petitioner for demarcation of the land of the petitioner within a stipulated time frame. 3. Considering the limited prayer sought by the petitioner and particularly the fact that application of the petitioner for demarcation is pending before the authority concerned from the year 2024, this Court directs the Tehsildar concerned to consider and decide the application of the petitioner for demarcation of the land in question within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
