The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already surrendered and he is in custody and the surrender certificate was not filed, and in view of that, in light of the peremptory order, the criminal revision petition was dismissed. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State has got no objection if the said criminal revision petition is restored to its original file. 4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, sufficient ground is made out for restoration of the said criminal revision petition to its original file, and as such, Criminal Revision Filing No.2831 of 2025 is, hereby, restored to its original file. 5.
