Nath learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. K. D. Choudhury learned Senior Counsel and DSGI assisted by Ms. L. Devi, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the respondents to consider his prayer for inter-state transfer from Assam to the State of Rajasthan. The petitioner is presently serving as a Community Health Officer, Nation Health Mission on contractual basis. In this context, the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 02.02.2026, in which the petitioner’s claim is pending before the authority concerned and the same has not been disposed of. Being aggrieved, the present writ petition has been filed. 3. Mr. R. K. D. Choudhury, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. L. Devi, learned counsel for the respondents on instructions submits that the writ petition can be closed with a direction to dispose of the representation, leaving the issue to be decided by the authorities as per the provisions of law. 4. Considering the submissions made and considering the limited prayer of the Page No.# 3/3 writ petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of, directing the respondent authorities, more particularly Respondent No. 1 to examine the claims of the writ petitioner and pass appropriate orders, disposing of the same within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claims made by the writ petitioner. 6. Accordingly this writ petition stands disposed of.
