Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor on interim bail application. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s father passed away on 05.05.2026. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the sole son of the deceased, and his presence is essential for performing the last rites and ceremonies of his father. 4. This fact is verified by learned Public Prosecutor through the concerned SHO. In this regard, the verification report has been produced before this Court, which is taken on record. 5. Learned Public Prosecutor has not seriously opposed the prayer for interim bail. He however, expresses his apprehension [2026:RJ-JP:19220] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7204/2026] that the petitioner may not surrender before the jail authorities on time and may abscond. 6. In view of the above, the application for interim bail of the petitioner-Govind Kumar S/o Hari Singh is accepted and it is directed that he may be released on interim bail from 07.05.2026 to 21.05.2026 in connection with FIR No.301/2025 registered with Police Station-Deoli, District-Tonk for offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109(1) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court below. The petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Authorities on 22.05.2026. 7. Let a copy of this order be supplied to the jail authorities. 8.
