ORAL ORDER
Heard Sri Sundar Raj, learned counsel for the revision petitioner and Sri Nagaraj A.C. learned counsel for the respondent.
2. After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the revision petitioner files a memo, which reads as under:
“The above named petitioner respectfully submits as follows:
The above named petitioner is settled the above petition before this Hon’ble Court as follows:
The petitioner is ready and undertaking to pay the fine amount with in 4 EMI to the respondent.
The petitioner hear by undertakes to pay the fine amount of Rs.6,25,000/- since 50% of the fine amount is already deposited by the petitioner.

The petitioner undertakes to pay the 50% of fine amount sum of Rs.6,25,000/- to the respondent as follows:
1st installment on 30.04.2026 Rs.1,75,000/-. 2nd installment on 30.05.2026 Rs.1,50,000/-. 3rd installment on 30.06.2026 Rs.1,50,000/-. 4th installment on 30.07.2026 Rs.1,50,000/-.
TOTAL
Rs.6,25,000/-.
Hence it is prayed that Hon’ble Court be pleased to disposs the petition as prayed in the memo, in the interest of justice and equity.”

Learned counsel for the respondent has endorsed no objection on the memo.
4. Placing the memo on record, revision petition stands
disposed of.
5. The amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.
6. It is made clear that, if any one of the installment as agreed in the memo is not paid, revision petitioner shall undergo imprisonment as ordered by the learned Trial
