---- 02/24.04.2026 The present Cr.M.P. has been filed for modification of the
order dated 12.12.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 7104 of 2025.
2. By way of referring to paragraph No.6 of the present petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on the wrong advice given by the pairvikar to the learned Lawyer in ABA No.7104 of 2025 submission was made that petitioner Nos.2 and 5 have been arrested. She submits that however, petitioner Nos.2 and 3 of that case were arrested and not petitioner No.5. She refers to the regular bail order passed by learned Sessions Judge and submits that petitioner No.3 namely Suraj Pandit @ Tony @ Suraj Kumar have been granted regular bail by the order dated 02.01.2026, who was arrested on 05.12.2025.
3.
Learned counsel for the State submits that due to wrong

submission made by the petitioners’ counsel that has occurred.
4. In view of the above and in light of the order of learned Sessions Judge of regular bail of Suraj Pandit @ Tony @ Suraj Kumar it transpires that petitioner No.3 was arrested.
5. In view of the above, the order dated 12.12.2025 passed in ABA No.7104 of 2025 in paragraph Nos.1 and 2 is modified to the effect that the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 were arrested and not petitioner No.5 and consequently in paragraph Nos.5, 8 and 7 also be read as petitioner Nos.1, 4, 6 and 7 respectively.
6. Since this has occurred inadvertently, if so advised, petitioner Nos.5 may take proper steps.
7. Paragraph Nos. 1, 2, 5, 8 and 7 of the order dated 12.12.2025 passed in ABA No.7104 of 2025 is modified to the above extent.
8. It appears that in order dated 12.12.2025 passed in ABA No.7104 of 2025 after paragraph No.8 paragraph is also not in consonance and in view of that last paragraph i.e. paragraph No.7 be read as paragraph No. 9.
9. This Cr.M.P. is disposed of.
