The allegation in the instant case is with regard to forgery of signature of the informant by the accused applicant. Page No.# 2/2 3. By an order dated 20.03.2026, a coordinate bench of this Court had already granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant submits that in terms of the aforesaid order dated 20.03.2026, the accused applicant had appeared before the I.O. of the case and got his statement recorded. 5. In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant submits that interim pre-arrest bail may be made absolute. 6. Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. PP has confirmed that the accused applicant has appeared before the I.O. of the case and is cooperating with the investigation. 7. In view of the factual position, the interim pre-arrest bail granted vide order dated 20.03.2026 is hereby made absolute in the same terms and conditions. 8.
