The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in para 8 (iv) of the order dated 16.12.2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three (3) months at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the appeal. 4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
