Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 423 dated 3rd December, 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.556 of 2025 pending in the file of learned Gramya Nyayadhikari (GN)-cum-J.M.F.C., Rajnagar on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. A case under Section 137(2) BNS has been registered. The victim is a minor as made to reveal from the FIR. The allegation is that the petitioner threatened kidnapping of the victim and ultimately, he succeeded. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. 6. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules. (R.K.
