Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 25.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4677 of 2025 the petitioner was provided privilege of anticipatory bail, however, the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned Court within the stipulated period as he is earning his livelihood by way of doing work outside of the State and the order was not communicated within time. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered. 4. Considering that the anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner, however, the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned Court due to the reason pointed out by 2026:JHHC:12170 --2-- Cr.M.P. No. 765 of 2026 the learned counsel for the petitioner, as such further two weeks’ time from today is extended to surrender before the learned Court. 5. Order dated 25.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4677 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. 6. Rest of the order is kept intact. 7. This Cr.M.P. is disposed of. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
