Chanda, the learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. R. Hussain, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S.C. Keyal, the learned Standing Counsel, Customs. [2] This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant, in connection with Crl. Pet. No. 538/2026, praying for correction of the cause title of the said criminal petition by rectifying it to the extent of mentioning that Union of India is represented by Standing Counsel, Customs Department in place of Standing Counsel, NCB. [3] The prayer is not objected to by the learned counsel for the Customs Department. [4] Hence, same is allowed. [5] The petitioner is allowed to do the said rectification. The petitioner shall submit the rectifying cause title in the connected criminal petition on 10th June, 2026. [6] This interlocutory application (civil) is, accordingly, disposed of.
