This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 read with Section 439 of Cr.PC for granting regular bail to the petitioner, namely, Mohibul Sk in connection with Guwahati GRPS Case No. 68/2026 dated 31.03.2026 in GR Case No. Page No.# 2/2 1156/2026 under Section 21(b) of NDPS Act, 1985. 3. The petitioner has been detained behind the bars since 31.03.2025 and today is the 64th day of his detention. 4. No charge-sheet has been filed till now. 5. This Court is of the opinion that the petitioner deserves to be allowed default bail. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed. 6. The petitioner, Mohibul Sk. shall be released on bail of Rs.50,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kamrup(M), Guwahati. 7. The bail application is disposed of.
