Earlier on 17.12.2025 there was a direction by this Court to summon the seizure list witnesses so that the petitioners can approach this Court after the evidence of seizure list witnesses are over. About four months have passed since then. However, the report reflects a grim picture that, in spite of directions passed by the learned trial court, the witnesses were not present after December. Report also reflects that ASI Roki Shankar Yadav and ASI Ajit Kumar Pal appeared on 08.04.2026 but the deposition was not recorded. Learned trial court would ensure that within a month from the next date fixed, the evidence of the seizure list witnesses are completed. 2 At this stage, the prayer for bail in CRM(NDPS)451 of 2026 is dismissed. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Learned advocate for the State would ensure that the order reaches the learned trial court.
