02/ 24.04.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sarath P.S. Case No.17 of 2025 for the offence registered under sections 190, 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 121(1), 125(b), 132, 109, 351(2), 352, 324(3) of BNS, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Madhupur (Deoghar).
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR and there are general and omnibus allegations against petitioner and it has been stated that 80-92 persons were assembled at the place of occurrence who were pelting stones on the police. He submits that co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. Nos.3104 of 2025, 2999 of 2025, 4371 of 2025 and A.B.A. No. 4801 of 2025.
3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of pelting stones on the police.
4. Considering that the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid and there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the

event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Madhupur (Deoghar) in connection with Sarath P.S. Case No.17 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
