Model/10 dated 24.07.2018 and No. F.No. Z.28018/67/2017-EPW dated 05.11.2019, as illegal arbitrary and violative of Art. 14, 19(l)(g) and 21 of constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondent to qualify the petitioner in the technical bid and open the financial bid along with other successful technical bidders and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings including opening of financial bids

ORDER:
Heard Ms.Triveni, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.Triveni, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition is filed challenging the disqualification of the petitioner pursuant to the tender notification dated 24.12.2015. Later, a fresh tender notification was issued by the respondents on 20.07.2026. She further submits that the tender notification dated 24.12.2025 was cancelled and recalled by way of fresh tender notification dated 20.07.2026. Therefore, no further orders are necessary and the matter becomes infructuous.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
