Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant petition can be disposed in light of the judgment encapsulated in Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. reported in (SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792) dated 19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vuqq- &1@2012).

3. Accordingly, respondent No.2 is directed to adjudicate the representations/notice for demand of justice (Annexure-6)
[2026:RJ-JP:20709] (2 of 2) [CW-4093/2026] considering the judgment passed in Pawan Meena (Supra) and circular dated 19.02.2024 passed by Chief Secretary, Rajasthan within a period of 30 days from passing of this order.
