1. This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order dated 07.04.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, whereby the benefits granted in the case of Hakimuddin Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14393/2024), were directed to be given to the petitioner also.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents at the outset submitted that in compliance of order dated 07.04.2025, Director, State Institute of Health and Family Welfare has issued

order dated 06.05.2026, whereby petitioner has been selected on the post of Nursing Officer, however, certain formalities are required with regard to document verification etc. before issuing posting order of the petitioner.

Order dated 06.05.2026 is taken on record.
4. In view of above statement made by learned counsel for the respondents on the basis of order dated 06.05.2026, this Court finds that there is no case of deliberate and wilful disobedience. Hence, the contempt petition filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed.
5. Notices stand discharged.
6. However, it is directed that after completing all the formalities in case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible, posting
order shall be issued in favour of the petitioner in furtherance of
order dated 06.05.2026 issued by the respondents within a period of one month from today.
