Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the fact that a vacancy is going to arise to GSSS Pangna, district Mandi on 31.03.2026, he be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Authority to seeking his adjustment at the said station. The petition is allowed to withdraw as prayed for, in case 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. 2026:HHC:6924 the petitioner file any application for his adjustment at some other station, the same be considered sympathetically by the Authority. 2.
