This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS praying for granting pre- Page No.# 2/2 arrest bail to the accused applicant in connection with Tinsukia Police Station Case No.10/2026 under Sections 75/79/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. Mr. B Sharma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam submits that in the instant case the charge-sheet has already been filed vide the Charge Sheet No.50/2026 dated 20.04.2026. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of with a direction to the accused applicant to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tinsukia within a period of 10(ten) days of passing of the instant order. 5. Till such appearance of the accused applicant before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tinsukia, the interim order so passed earlier on 07.04.2026 shall continue. 6.
