This is an application filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant who is in apprehension of arrest in connectin with a case that may be registered agaisnt him under the Hatigaon Police Station. 3. A coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 25.05.2026 directed for submission of a detail report from the Officer-in-Charge, Hatigaon as to whether any case has been registered against the accused applicant. 4. Today when the matter was taken up, the learned Addl. PP Mr. B. Sarma has submitted a report dated 30.05.2026 before this Court which reveals that no FIR has been filed against the accused applicant in the instant case. 5. The aforesaid report dated 30.05.2026 is kept on record by marking “X”. 6. In view of the aforesaid report and taking into account that no FIR has been filed against the accused applicant, this Court does not see any prima facie apprehension of arrest of the accused applicant. Therefore, the instant Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
