WP No. 14339 of 2026 PRAYER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 25.02.2026 to revoke the suspension order passed vide proceedings in RC.No. A1/5861/2025 on 11.10.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent herein and to reinstate the petitioner back into services with all attendant benefits in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81 Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022. When the matters are taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the very same issue involved in these writ petitions have been dealt by this Court in writ petition in W.P.No.30340 of 2025 dated 12.08.2025, wherein, it is observed as follows: “6. Without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2025, and shall pass speaking orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. ” 3. The aforesaid common order dated 12.08.2025 squarely applies on all fours to the cases in hand and therefore, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 03.02.2026 and 25.02.2026, and shall pass speaking orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
