By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 29.04.2026, whereby the petitioner was attached to the Government Polytechnic, Badkhet. The petitioner moved a representation to respondent no.2-Director, Technical Education, Srinagar, Uttarakhand, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in WPSS No.1308 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026 which was rejected vide order dated 04.06.2026. 4. Vide order dated 16.06.2026 this Court has directed the State counsel to seek instructions in the matter. 5. Today, on instructions, which is passed on to this Court and are made part of the record, learned counsel for the State submits that vide order dated 05.01.2026, the order of attachment of the petitioner was cancelled and subsequently he was transferred from Government Polytechnic, Haridwar to Government Polytechnic, Kashipur vide order dated 11.06.2026. After attachment of the petitioner he was relieved from the Government Polytechnic, Haridwar. 6. In view of the subsequent development, the UKHC010103522026 2026:UHC:4977 writ petition has rendered infructuous. 7. Accordingly writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy against the transfer order dated 11.06.2026. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 17.06.2026 SK
