3. Present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.3 to produce the progress report of investigation in FIR No.205 of 2024 under Section 406 & 420 of IPC, P.S. Prem Nagar, Dehradun.
4. At the admission stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his knowledge charge sheet has been submitted in the present matter and the present writ petition has become infructuous, therefore, the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
5. Prayer is allowed.
6. In view of the aforesaid, the instant writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
