JUSTICE MANEESH SHARMA Order 12/03/2026 I n IA No.1/2019 : 1. Matter was considered on an application (IA No.1/2019), seeking recalling of the order dated 31.07.2019 passed by this Court. 2. In view of the report of the Tehsildar, Chaksu, dated 03.04.2019, there is no good ground to recall the order dated 31.07.2019 passed by this Court. 3. Accordingly, the application (IA No.1/2019) is dismissed. In SBCFA No. 43/2019 : 1. The present civil first appeal was filed by the appellant on 17.12.2018, wherein the office has pointed out that the Court fees of Rs. 84,615/- has not been paid. 2. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 01.09.2023, and the following order was passed by this Court: [2026:RJ-JP:10533] (2 of 2) [CFA-43/2019] "Four weeks' time is granted to the appellant to remove the defect(s) pointed out by the Registry, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court." 3. Again, the matter was listed on 13.08.2025, and the following order was passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court: "No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. List after four weeks." 4. Even today, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant in the present case, even in the second round. 5. From the record of the ordersheets, it is revealed that the appellant filed the present appeal on 17.12.2018 and even after a passage of seven (7) years, the appellant has still not paid the requisite Court fees as pointed out by the office, which reflects that the appellant is not seriously interested in pursuing the present civil first appeal. 6. Accordingly, the present civil first appeal is dismissed for non-payment of deficient Court fees of Rs. 84,615/-. 7.
