Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Executive Officer, Dhenkanal Municipality, Dhenkanal (Opposite Party No.3) not to proceed for demolition of the house of the Petitioner situating over Plot No.4463/7195 under Khata No.3470/961 without granting due opportunity of hearing to him. 4.
