The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Budmu PS Case No.65 of 2023, for offence registered under section 323, 341, 324, 307, 354(A), 504, 506, 34 of the IPC, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, at Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and the altercation took place due to keeping mud on the road. He next submits that the injury is simple in nature and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.15 of the petition. He next submits that two co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.6045 of 2025. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations of assault are there. 2026:JHHC:2085 2 5. Considering that two accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid and the altercation took place due to keeping mud on the road and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, at Ranchi, in connection with Budmu PS Case No.65 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
