He therefore submitted that he would like to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to re-file the same by challenging the select list. 2. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal thereby granting liberty to the petitioner in person to re-file the same by challenging the select list. 3.
