He has shown certain Whatsapp messages uploaded in the social media, as well as, certain newspaper extracts and submits that petitioner is misusing this writ petition. 5. On the previous date this Court takes serious note and directed the petitioner – Mayank Tyagi, to be present before this Court and now today though his counsel is not present, but he himself is present. 6.
