The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/plaintiff has no objection in allowing these petitions. 4. Admittedly, the fourth respondent/fourth defendant has become major subsequent to the filing of the suit. Accordingly, the fourth defendant is declared as major and his guardianship is discharged. 5.
