The petitioner has challenged his transfer order dated 10.06.2026 (Annexure-1 to the writ petition), whereby the petitioner was transferred from Government Ayurvedic Hospital Bhainsiyaron to Government Ayurvedic Hospital, Onalgoan, Tehri Garhwal in the public interest. 4. The petitioner has stayed at Bhainsiyaron for the last seven years and therefore, he has been transferred in the annual transfer. The petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred on the ground that the petitioner has rendered 14 years of service in accessible area and therefore, he has been transferred to Durgam (inaccessible) area. 5. The transfer is the exigency of service. Since the petitioner has already put in seven years of service in Bhainsiyaron, Tehri Garhwal, therefore, no good ground is made out to interfere in the transfer order. No interference is warranted.
