1. Heard.
2. After hearing the matter and upon a perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the view that if a representation is filed before respondent No.1, within a period of seven days, the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law by a speaking order.
3. This Court directs Respondent No.1 to consider the representation, if filed by the petitioner, and decide the same

order, strictly in accordance with law considering each and every grounds taken in the representation, as per the ratio encapsulated in Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024) and Circular issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated 19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vuqq- &1@2012).
4. In light of the aforestated, the present petition is disposed of with abovesaid directions. Pending applications, if any, stand
disposed of.
5. However, petitioner will be at liberty to assail the order before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if he still feels aggrieved.
