Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner challenges the communication dated 29.06.2017 (Annexure-7). 3. The record shows that identical challenge to the communication dated 29.06.2017 was raised in W.P. (C) No. 4937 of 2017 along with some additional reliefs. However, the said writ petition was unconditionally withdrawn as recorded in the order dated 22.02.2024 disposing of W.P. (C) No. 4937 of 2017. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that this is a case of indefinite black listing. At least from perusal of the communication dated 29.06.2017, we find that this communication speaks about recommending the higher authorities to consider black listing of the petitioner. If any black listing order has been passed, the petitioner would have a fresh cause of action to challenge the same. Therefore, there is no reason to entertain this writ petition or pass any further order in the same. 2026:JHHC:11945-DB 5.
