Considering the facts, gravity of offence and the fact though the stolen property is recovered, there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner and if the petitioner is released on bail he will attempt to tamper the evidence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.” 3. Now the petitioner has filed the second bail petition without any change is circumstances, hence, I am not inclined to revisit the earlier order. 4.
