Acceding to the request, the 3rd respondent had passed an order on 02.02.2026, calling upon the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,78,300/-. 3.Instead of paying the said amount and seeking a re-auction, the petitioner has deposited only a sum of Rs.10,000/-.
