A perusal of the e-court status filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that pleadings of the parties were completed and P.W.1 was examined on 12.08.2025. Thereafter, the same was adjourned for cross-examination of P.W.1 at the request of the respondent. 4. Taking into consideration the OP was of the year 2022 and examination of P.W.1 was commenced as early as August 2025, this Court is inclined to direct the Trial court to dispose of the main OP as expeditiously as possible. 5. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of.
