As noted in our order disposing of W.P.(PIL) No. 2894 of 2021, this issue of appointments to the State Information Commission or the constitution of the State Chief Information Commissioner is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Anjali Bhardwaj & Ors.
