In the context of this development, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be also given liberty to approach before the learned court below. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of with the observation that the petitioner is at liberty to approach before the learned court below for regular bail and if such bail application is filed, necessary orders may be passed and also keeping in mind the aspect of completion of investigation.
