Be that as it may, he also states that the Government had later come-up with a scheme to accommodate medically invalidated cases by way of alternative appointments on compassionate grounds and issued G.O.Ms.No.58, Transport, Roads and Buildings (PTD.I) Department, dated 26.12.2025, in pursuance to which, even the case of 2 petitioner has been sent to Medical Board for validation and that the same is being accordingly considered. 3. In that view of the matter, the Contempt Case stands closed. No order as to costs.
