JUDGMENT:
Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC, appearing for the respondent, has placed on record copy of proceedings, dated 18.09.2025, stated to have been issued in furtherance to the directions of this Court, disposing of the petitioner’s representation, dated 16.01.2025.
2. Be that as it may, he also states that the Government had later come-up with a scheme to accommodate medically invalidated cases by way of alternative appointments on compassionate grounds and issued G.O.Ms.No.58, Transport, Roads and Buildings (PTD.I) Department, dated 26.12.2025, in pursuance to which, even the case of
2 petitioner has been sent to Medical Board for validation and that the same is being accordingly considered.
3. In that view of the matter, the Contempt Case stands closed. No
order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
