The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of the FIR No.0312/2025 dated 18.10.2025 (Annexure-1) lodged at Police Station Pushkar, District Ajmer, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 126(2), 115(2), 304(2), 352 and 110 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties have arrived at a compromise and on the basis of the same, the impugned FIR be quashed qua the petitioners. 3. Taking note of the facts obtained, let the parties file an appropriate application before the learned trial Court, which would consider the factum of the compromise and pass appropriate orders thereon. 5.
