After some argument, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already complied the notice under Section 35(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and in that view of the matter he seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move before the learned Court on the strength of the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51. 3.
