GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: ORDER: Aggrieved by the non-payment of bill amounts to the petitioner for the work pertaining to Agreement No.20/2023-24 dated 16.09.2023, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri Komma Vijaya Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shaik Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings for the respondents. 3. Sri Shaik Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings on counter submitted that, the authorities have admitted to pay the entitled net amount to the petitioner and sought four months time for such payment. 4. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection, however, prayed to grant reasonable time. 5. Taking the submissions of both the learned counsel into consideration and as the authorities are ready to pay the admitted amount to the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition, at the admission stage by passing the following order: “The respondents are directed to release the legally admitted/entitled net amount to the petitioner at the earliest, and at any 4 rate, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.” 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
