City Civil Court, Chennai in the civil revision petition. 2. It is seen from the memorandum of grounds that the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.147 of 2025. The petitioner is expected to file certified copy of the plaint along with the adjudication status. Since the same are not filed, the petitioner filed the instant petition seeking to dispense with certified copy of the typed set in the said suit, instead of seeking dispense with of the production of certified copy of the plaint and adjudication status. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the instant petition is not properly framed. 3.
