No one is present for the petitioner. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the FIR No. 49/2019 registered at police station Todabheem, District Karauli for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 and 323 IPC. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that after conclusion of the investigation, the Police has submitted final negative report [2026:RJ-JP:19176] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1675/2019] in the matter, as the allegations levelled in the First Information Report have not been found to be true. 4. In view of the fact that the Police after completion of the investigation has already submitted the final negative report, this Court is of the opinion that the present petition has become infructuous. 5.
