Appeal (D.B.) No. 214 of 2026. The modification which has been sought for is with respect to the pending court which is Mrs. Divya Raghav, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi which has been mentioned in the order under modification as learned Additional Judicial Commissioner VII cum Special Judge, CBI (AHD Scam), Ranchi. Consequently, the order dated 17.03.2026 passed in Cr. Appeal (D.B.) No. 214 of 2026 is modified to the extent that in the second last paragraph of the said order “learned Additional Judicial Commissioner VII cum Special Judge, CBI (AHD Scam), Ranchi” shall now be read as “Mrs. Divya Raghav, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi”. The order is accordingly modified. Since it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on account of the error in the order, the period of surrender has already been expired therefore, a prayer has been made to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner. Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid circumstance, the order dated 17.03.2026 passed in Cr. Appeal (D.B.) No. 214 of 2026 is further modified to the extent that the period of surrender of the petitioner is extended for a further period of two weeks from today. This application stands disposed of.
