This application has been preferred by the petitioner namely, AYESHA BEGUM under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying for pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with PRC Case No. 166/2024 (Corresponding to G.R. Case No. 76/2022) under Page No.# 2/2 Sections 379/ 411/ 401/ 413/34 of the IPC read with Sections 21(a)/ 29 of the NDPS Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class (II), Sribhumi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to face trial after appearing before the learned Magistrate pursuant to summons issued by the said Court upon filing of the charge sheet wherein the present petitioner has been shown as an absconder. 4. Having regard to the above, it is provided that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Court below within a period of 10 (ten) days from today and in the event of filing any application for bail, the same shall be considered as per law. 5. It is provided that in the event of arrest of the petitioner within the aforesaid period of time, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail on furnishing a bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) only with 1 (one) surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority in connection with the aforesaid case, pending her appearance before the learned court below. 6.
