The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 303(2), 317(5), 125 and 287 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are agriculturists and for the said purpose, they have stored the diesel and the allegations are made of storing of diesel in the house. He further submits that the said diesel was purchased from the petrol pump and the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 14 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that quantity of diesel is more than 5600 liters and in view of that, anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that the petitioners are agriculturists and it has been pointed out that they kept the diesel for irrigation purpose and the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and in that view of the matter, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
